Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
* All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
* Domestic Shipping (within India):
* Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after your order has been shipped.
* International Shipping:
* At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipment and Order Tracking
* You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
* We use Shiprocket as our shipping aggregator. You can track your order on the Shiprocket website using the tracking number provided.

4. Shipping Address
* Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Damages
* Pankjyoti.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
* Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
